Ilavsky Doubles Through Goyal

Level 11 : 600/1,200, 12,000 ante

Martin Ilavsky was on the button and announced all in after Pulkit Goyal's bet with the flop showing {8-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{2-Spades}. Goyal called after one minute in the tank and they went to showdown.

Martin Ilavsky: {10-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}
Pulkit Goyal: {a-Diamonds}{4-Spades}

Ilavsky was ahead with his top pair and he found two pair after the {10-Diamonds} on the turn. Goyal was still in need of an ace or a four to bust his opponent, but the {q-Clubs} didn't change anything and Ilavsky doubled up.

Rulik Busts Manfredi; Takes from Allouch

Level 11 : 600/1,200, 12,000 ante

The action started with Lubomir Rulik raising to 2,500 under the gun, Mftiulfe Allouch called from middle position and Roberto Manfredi shoved from the small blind for 9,500. Both Rulik and Allouch called and the flop came {j-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{3-Hearts}.

Rulik led for 15,000 and Allouch called quickly to see the bad news when Rulik opened {k-Hearts}{10-Hearts} for a rivered full house. Manfredi busted with {q-Clubs}{j-Clubs} and Allouch had to show his {a-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}.

Hernandez Leading the Pack

Level 12 : 800/1,600, 1,600 ante

Julien Hernandez has probably the biggest stack of the field for Day 1f. In his latest hand he eliminated with {5-Clubs}{5-Spades} Robert Claraz who was holding {j-Spades}{9-Hearts}.

The board came {a-Diamonds}{k-Spades}{6-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{8-Spades} and Hernandez's stack is now 290,000. His table though is one of the toughest in the field, since Shaun Deeb and Robert Campbell are sitting there.
