Trickett Eliminated by Eibinger

Level 7 : 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante
Sam Trickett
Sam Trickett

Matthias Eibinger raised to 135,000 in the hijack and Sam Trickett three-bet the button to 400,000. Eibinger moved all in and Trickett called for exactly 2,200,000.

Sam Trickett: {10-Spades}{10-Clubs}
Matthias Eibinger: {q-Spades}{q-Clubs}

The {q-Hearts}{j-Hearts}{9-Hearts} gave Eibinger top set while Trickett needed a king or eight to improve to a straight. It was all over for the Brit on the {q-Diamonds} turn and the {3-Diamonds} river became a mere formality.

Badziakouski Wins Two Bigger Pots

Level 7 : 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante
Mikita Badziakouski
Mikita Badziakouski

Mikita Badziakouski three-bet to 650,000 out of the big blind and Kahle Burns called on the button to see the {j-Spades}{5-Hearts}{2-Clubs} flop. Badziakouski continued for 450,000 and Burns came along to see the {a-Diamonds} on the turn, which brought no betting action.

Badziakouski then bet the {q-Diamonds} river for 500,000 and that forced a fold from Burns.

Only a few hands later, Badziakouski and Tony G created a pot of 1.2 million to the {k-Clubs}{8-Spades}{8-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{9-Diamonds} river. Badziakouski bet 125,000 out of the small blind and Tony G raised to 600,000. A call by Badziakouski followed and he had the best of it with {k-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} versus {5-Clubs}{4-Hearts}.

Level 7 : 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

In a three-bet pot in which Dominik Nitsche made it 500,000 to go, Chin Wei Lim called and they headed to the {k-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} flop.

Nitsche bet 300,000 and Lim called. Both ended up checking the {4-Clubs} turn and the {q-Diamonds} river, and Lim had the best of it with king-jack to claim some chips back.

Level 8 : 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

Ace-High is Good for Eibinger

Level 7 : 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

They both checked and the {2-Clubs} landed on the turn. Tony G fired out a bet of 250,000 and Eibinger stuck around to see the {10-Diamonds} on the river. Tony G checked and Eibinger checked it back. Tony G showed {k-Diamonds}{q-Spades} but Eibinger held {a-Clubs}{4-Clubs} to win the pot with ace-high.

Level 7 : 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

The restart after the dinner break has seen Koray Aldemir take several hits to the stack. One of the hands saw him get involved into a three-bet pot with Anatoly Filatov, who made it 600,000 to go. Aldemir called and they headed toi a {j-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} flop, on which Filatov check-called a bet of 300,000.

Yong Sends Aldemir to the Rail

Level 7 : 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante
Koray Aldemir
Koray Aldemir

Koray Aldemir was down to just 625,000 chips and he ripped all in from the cutoff. Richard Yong called from the big blind after looking at just one card.

Richard Yong: {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs}
Koray Aldemir: {a-Spades}{10-Spades}

Aldemir showed a strong hand but Yong had him kicked by one. The flop of {q-Clubs}{j-Spades}{7-Hearts} actually gave Aldemir one more out than he previously had. However, the {2-Hearts} and {5-Diamonds} runout bricked off and Aldemir was sent to the rail.
