Jacks No Good for Klun

The flop was {3-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{4-Spades} with around 50,000 chips in the middle. Stefan Neurauter had bet 30,000 and Gregor Klun had called. Zhao Feng then raised all in for 63,000. After some thought, Neurauter folded.

"F*** me," said Klun, before asking for a count.

"Yellow card," said tablemate Sebastian Langrock. Feng was all in for 63,000 and Klun slammed his chips into the middle to call.

Feng only held a flush draw against the overpair of Klun, but the river {2-Spades} completed his flush and the river {6-Spades} secured Feng's double-up.

Ntamaris Taking One Down

On Fotios Ntamaris table, Virginie Tourie opened from under the gun to 4,500 which was called from Ntamaris in the small blind and the player in the big blind.

The flop came {j-Spades}{j-Hearts}{7-Clubs} and after Ntamaris checked the big blind bet 7,000 which was called from Tourie. Ntamaris made it 19,000 to get two folds from his opponent and chip up to around 90,000.

Solli Bests Bohdanov

Level 13 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Defending WSOPE Opener champion Renat Bohdanov raised to 4,500 and was called by Christina Solli.

The flop came {8-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{q-Clubs} and Bohdanov bet 7,000. Solli called. The turn was the {j-Hearts} and Bohdanov bet 18,000. Again, Solli called promptly.

The river was the {a-Diamonds}. Both players checked in turn, with Bohdanov showing {k-Clubs}{q-Spades} for a pair of queens. Solli showed {5-Spades}{5-Hearts} for a set, and won the pot.

His opponent had around 70,000 remaining and opted to fold, with Meden taking down the pot and moving above 300,000 in the process.
