Kaimakamis on Second Bullet and Gets Doubled Up

Action folded to Giovanni Nava who opened to 5,200 in the hijack. Vangelis Kaimakamis on the button made it 17,000 and then jammed for around 150,000 after his opponent four-bet to 45,000. Nava snapped called and the dealer turned over the cards.

At risk for a second time today, the 2019 Mini Main Event champion spiked an ace on the flop. The check mark was sealed on the turn and river which left Nava just 9,000 behind. A few moments later, he was eliminated.

Hofmann Chips up; Amamou Flops Two Pair

Thomas Hofmann had just dragged in a sizeable pot and then opened to 5,000 in early position the very next hand.

Rachid Amamou, on his immediate left, called as did Stefan Neurauter in the big blind.

Neurauter and Hofmann checked the flop, Amamou then fired for 7,500. Only Neurauter called.

Neurauter then check-folded to the 12,200 bet from Amamou who flashed for two pair.

Zibertas Knocks Out Reigning Champion Kaimakamis
