The turn {2-Spades} was checked by both players.

The river {2-Diamonds} completed the board and Guilbert, led for the minimun 250,000. Tkatschew thought for a second and then raised it to 850,000. Guilbert looked at his opponent and pondered for a bit but he ended up calling and then mucking his hand when he saw the pair of tens from Tkatschew.

He raised to 1,875,000 with {a-Clubs}{a-Spades} and Gulas Jr made it 4,250,000. Guilbert called and two players went to see a flop.

The flop opened {8-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} and Guilbert checked. Gulas Jr bet 2,750,000 and Guilbert shoved all-in for 8,250,000 for Gulas Jr to take considerable time but eventually make the call. Guilbert was way ahead but at risk and needed to avoid two kings that were left in the deck.
