Just 32 players remain in the 2021 World Series of Poker Europe Main Event, all eyeing up the €1,276,712 first-place prize that awaits the winner of this record-breaking event.

The money bubble burst on Day 3, and it was Enrico Campanile who was the unfortunate player to be the last person to exit the tournament floor empty handed.

Dimitar Yosifov ended runaway with the chip lead following a three-way all-in of which he came out on top. Alexander Tkatschew and Guillaume Diaz round out the top three stacks.

The remaining players will return at 9 a.m. local time on Tuesday, December 7 to play down to six players or 10 p.m. whichever comes sooner. The final table will then play out on Wednesday, December 8 while being live-streamed on PokerGO.

Axel Hallay
Axel Hallay

Alexander Dovzhenko moved all-in from the small blind to put Axel Hallay at risk. Hallay called and the players turned over their cards.

Axel Hallay: {j-Spades}{j-Clubs}
Alexander Dovzhenko: {10-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}

Hallay looked like he was in a good spot to get a double up but all that changed on the {10-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} flop. With just two outs to stay in the mix, he was unable to hit on the {6-Spades} turn or {q-Diamonds} river.

Guilbert Calls Tantillo's Bluff

Level 22 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante
Johan Francois Guilbert
Johan Francois Guilbert

Johan Guilbert raised to 85,000 and was three-bet by Fausto Tantillo to 265,000 from the button. Guilbert called.

The flop came {10-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{3-Spades} and Guilbert check-called a 200,000 bet from Tantillo.

The turn was the {8-Spades} and both players checked.

On the {q-Clubs} river Guilbert checked and Tantillo announced all-in covering his opponent who had just short of 1,000,000.

Guilbert took some time and made the call eventually.

Tantillo turned over {a-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} for ace-high while Guilbert had {8-Clubs}{8-Hearts} for a set of eights and took the pot.

Dawid Smolka
Dawid Smolka

Athanasios Kidas opened to 80,000 and Dawid Smolka next to him shoved for around 600,000. Kidas made the call and put Smolka at risk.

Dawid Smolka: {a-Spades}{10-Spades}
Athanasios Kidas: {j-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}

The flop came {j-Spades}{9-Spades}{3-Clubs} and gave the set to Kidas but a flush draw to Smolka, who made the flush on the {7-Spades} on the turn but the river paired the board {3-Clubs} and so Smolka was eliminated 27th.

Fausto Tantillo

Fausto Tantillo moved-in for 1,000,000 after Johan Guilbert's opening bet, the Frenchman snapped him off and turned their hands over.

Fausto Tantillo: {a-Hearts}{q-Spades}
Johan Guilbert: {q-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}

Guilbert before the hand said "he was running good," and that proved true after his queens held on the {8-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{6-Spades} runout.

Daniel Petri Eliminated in 24th Place (€35,709)

Level 23 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
Daniel Petri
Daniel Petri

The action kicked off with a min-raise by Johan Guilbert and he was called three ways to see a flop of {8-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{2-Clubs}. It checked to Guilbert who bet 50,000 and Guillaume Diaz raised to 250,000.

Daniel Petri then raised it up to 750,000 to force out everyone but Diaz. The Frenchman clicked it up to 1,825,000 and without any hesitation, Petri jammed for what appeared to be 3,600,000 in order to get snap-called by Diaz.

Daniel Petri: {j-Clubs}{8-Clubs}
Guillaume Diaz: {8-Diamonds}{8-Spades}

The {k-Diamonds} turn changed nothing and the {2-Spades} river only improved Diaz to eights full. Petri was eliminated in 24th place for €35,709 in the last hand before the final 24 players were supposed to redraw to the final three tables.

Bernd Christian Gleissner
Bernd Christian Gleissner

Bernd Gleissner opened to 100,000 from under the gun and Alexey Losev called on the button. Yossi Dayan three-bet to 475,000 from the big blind before Gleissner moved all-in for 685,000. Dayan made the call.

Bernd Gleissner: {a-Spades}{3-Spades}
Yossi Dayan: {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}

Gleissner would need running spades after the {j-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{9-Spades} flop but was drawing dead after the {6-Clubs} turn. The {6-Diamonds} completed the board and Gleissner exited the floor.
