Stagliano Doubles With Aces

Level 21 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

From the cutoff, Giovanni Stagliano shoved for his last 90,000 chips. The button and the small blind folded, but Daniel Lehmann in the big blind made the call.

Giovanni Stagliano: AA
Daniel Lehmann: 102

Stagliano found aces at the right moment. But they could still split after the flop 456 and the turn 7. The J completed the board and didn't change anything, so Stagliano doubled up.

The 78Q79 runout failed to improve Fratini and Drokin doubled up with his ace-high kicker.

Level 21 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Wooram Cho put in a raise of 225,000 from early position as action went on Giovanni Giudice in middle position.

Giudice spent a minute considering the decision before moving all in. The rest of the table folded, but Cho quickly called for 585,000.

Wooram Cho: AQ
Giovanni Giudice: 99

Cho was flipping for his tournament life as the K5J fell on the flop. The 10 came on the turn and Cho made the nut straight, leaving Giudice to pay him off with most of his stack following the 8 river.

Majed Wakes Up With Kings

Level 21 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

In a three-way pot between Rene Majed, Martino Cito, and Giuseppe Ruocco, Majed moved all in for 115,000 on the button before Ruocco reshoved under the gun for around 400,000. Cito, who had around the same amount behind, gave it some thought before mucking.

Rene Majed: KK
Giuseppe Ruocco: A8

Majed stood up and began filming the action with his phone as the dealer exposed the 33487 board. Ruocco couldn't find anything that would allow him to overcome Majed's kings and he handed over a double up.

At the same table, Elia Salerno has built up a stack of more than 3,000,000.

Carsten Jacob: AQ
Fabio Peluso: A9

Jacob had Peluso dominated, but the 978 flop shot Peluso into the lead with nines as Jacob let out a cry and stood up from his seat.

He watched helplessly as the 4J completed the board before joining the queue at the payout desk.
