Stranak Puts a Brutal Beat on Dusco

Samuel Stranak bet 250,000 from the big blind on a flop of 8♠10♣8♥ before Alexandr Dusco moved all in for 1,100,000 in middle position.

Stranak tanked for several minutes before he called.

Dusco was ahead with two pair, while Stranak just had ace-high heading to the Q♠ turn. The river brought the J♠ and Stranak made a running straight.

"No way. No way," Dusco cried out as he shot out of his seat.

"Sorry man. That was lucky," Stranak consoled Dusco before sending him off to the rail.

"I only looked at the king. Let's see a miracle," David said, and he got his wish on the 2♦K♠9♠ flop with a pair of kings.

The board ran out 4♥9♦ and David doubled up.

The next hand, Renji Mao raised to 200,000 in the cutoff. "Let's go," David said, shoving again for 1,000,000. Mao tanked for a minute but ultimately mucked.
