Gerald Eisele opened from the hijack to 1,200. Sirzat Hissou called on the button and Rene Baranek defended the big blind.

The flop of 6♠6♥Q♣ saw a check from Baranek and a bet of 2,000 from Eisele. Hissou and Baranek called. The A♠ saw checks from Baranek and Eisele, prompting Hissou to bet 5,500. Baranek called before Eisele put in the check-raise to 27,000.

Hissou went into the tank before folding. Baranek moved all in and Eisele called.

In a blind-on-blind battle between Aram Sargsyan in the small blind and Vlad Darie in the big blind, Sargsyan put 2,000 into a small pot of 5,000 on a board of 3♥K♦A♠Q♥2♦.

Darie then put in a big raise to 12,000, which Sargsyan quickly called. Sargsyan showed 5♠4♠ for a straight to the five, and Darie quickly mucked.

One table over, Hadi Zaizafoun was seen leaving the tournament area, with Sirzat Hissou acquiring the last of his chips.

Niklas Astedt raised to 1,200 in the hijack and Christophe Panetti called on the button. Panagiotis Oikonomou then three-bet to 3,600 in the small blind before Abdullah Selcuk tanked in the big blind.

Eventually, he committed his stack of 9,200 in the middle for an all-in bet. Astedt quickly folded his Q♣8♥. Panetti asked for a count but ended up mucking his A♠J♦, whereafter Oikonomou snap called.

Selcuk's move had not worked out as the A♦Q♥A♣7♦3♦ runout did not improve him enough to crack Oikonomou's kings.

Rama Mulaj raised to 1,200 in middle position. Brandon Sheils tossed in a three-bet to 3,800 from the hijack, which Mulaj quickly called.

Sheils continued for 3,000 on the 4♦10♦3♣ flop. Mulaj check-raised to 11,000, and Sheils tossed in a call.

The 8♠ turn saw Mulaj quickly move in for his remaining 40,000. Sheils sighed but put in a quick call with the covering stack.

Sheils figured he would be behind but he was miles ahead of Mulaj's ace-king high. The Q♣ river did not improve Mulaj's hand, sending him to the rail early on Day 1.

Paulius Mikaliunas opened the action with a raise to 1,200 from under the gun. Erik van Hulst then three-bet to 3,500 on the button, which Sirzat Hissou cold called in the big blind.

Mikaliunas did not deem that enough and reraised to 12,000. Van Hulst called the four-bet before Hissou back-raised to 40,000.

Mikaliunas spent some time in the tank, after which he jammed all in for 100,300. Van Hulst quickly folded but Hissou snap called to a showdown.

Kai Herold and Seyed Dezfooli quickly folded in the big blind and under the gun, whereafter the 3♥ river was checked by both Banic and Troyanovskiy.

Banic tabled Q♥9♥ for top pair and took down the pot when Troyanovskiy's cards hit the muck.

At an adjacent table, Vlad Darie was seen standing up after losing all his chips to Markus Lehner. Not long thereafter, Niklas Astedt took his seat at the same table.
