Atac Turns a Straight to Bust Kisacikoglu

Orpen Kisacikoglu
Orpen Kisacikoglu

Salih Atac raised from the cutoff and called when Orpen Kisacikoglu moved all in for 465,000 from the button.

Orpen Kisacikoglu: 55All in
Salih Atac: AQ

Kisacikoglu remained ahead following the J108 flop but needed to dodge the deck as Atac had a double-gutter to accompany his overcards. The 9 turn gave Atic a queen-high straight to leave Kisacikoglu drawing to a chop. The A river provided no help to the at-risk player, and Kisacikoglu became the first final-table casualty.

Level 18 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Samuel Ju AJ raised to 110,000 from middle positon. Tom-Aksel Bedell AA set the trap and just called with his rockets.

The 962 flop checked through to the 4 turn, and Ju bet 150,000. Bedell called.

On the 6 river, Ju slowed down and checked. He then folded to Bedell's bet of 360,000.

Ju Good at Showdown

Level 18 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Samuel Ju 1010 opened to 100,000 from the hijack before Tom-Aksel Bedell three-bet to 305,000 from the cutoff. The action folded back to Ju, who called.

The flop, turn and river checked through to showdown and Ju took in the pot as his pocket tens remained best following the 88QK6 runout.

Blom Gets Away From Top Pair

Level 18 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Alex Foxen KQ opened to 100,000 from under the gun and was called by Viktor Blom K10 and Alessandro Pichierri 44 from the hijack and big blind.

The KQ6 flop gave Foxen top two pair, while Blom had a pair of kings. Foxen continued for 150,000, and Blom called before Pichierri released his hand.

The 3 turn left Blom drawing dead. Foxen bet 540,000 and was called.

With 1,800,000 in the pot, the board completed with the 5 river. Foxen sized up to 1,285,000. Blom had 1,700,000 behind, and he correctly folded his top pair as Foxen continued to extend his lead.

Ju Bluffs Bedell

Level 18 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Action folded to Samuel Ju K4 in the small blind and he raised to 175,000. Tom-Aksel Bedell 98 called from the big blind.

Neither player connected on the Q105 flop, but Ju bet 200,000 which was called.

The Q turn paired the board and checked through to the 9 river, giving Bedell the checkmark. Ju fired out another 225,000, sending Bedell into the tank. He used up a time bank before folding the better hand.
