Trips for Angelou Konstas
Level 10
: Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Ioannis Angelou Konstas raised to 25,000 from the hijack, and both Sirzat Hissou and Salih Atac called from the blinds.
The flop came J♣8♦A♦, it was checked to Angelou Konstas, who continued with a bet of 22,000. Hissou was the only player who made the call.
They both checked through the K♣ on the turn to the A♥. Hissou checked, and Angelou Konstas bet 88,000. Hissou picked up a 100,000-chip and played around with it while contemplating. In the end, he put it in for the call but mucked when Angelou Konstas tabled the A♣Q♦ for the flopped top pair, which he improved to trips on the river.
