Back and Forth

Level 10 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

The chips have been going back and forth on the table.

First, Ioannis Angelou Konstas in the small blind and Patrik Jaros in the cutoff played heads-up with a pot of 74,000 in the middle with a flop of A86. Angelou Konstas check-called the 25,000 bet of Jaros. The turn was the 8 and Konstas took over the initiative and led out with a bet of 31,000, which Jaros called. The river completed the board with the 5, and Konstas checked and folded when Jaros bet 80,000.

Then Jaros raised to 25,000 from the hijack, and Jan-Peter Jachtmann called in the cutoff. Alessio La Francesca defended his big blind. The flop came 336, La Francesca checked, Jaros bet 25,000, Jachtmann raised to 75,000, and only Jaros called. The 9 on the turn was good enough for Jachtman to put 210,000 in for Jaros to snap-fold.
