Karlic Finds a Call to Bust Salerno
Elia Salerno three-bet to 35,000 in the cutoff and was called by Vikrant Mangal in the small blind and Gerald Karlic under the gun.
The flop came A♦6♣4♠ and Salerno bet 35,000. Both opponents called and the Q♦ fell on the turn. Salerno then moved all in for 176,000.
Mangal quickly folded, but Karlic went into the tank. A few minutes went by before another player at the table called the clock.
"Still same hand? Ridiculous table," Martin Kabrhel, looking up from his phone for the first time in a while, said.
Karlic eventually called and Salerno showed 8♦6♦ for a pair and flush draw, while Karlic had A♠J♦ for top pair.
The river was the 2♠ and Karlic held on to send Salerno to the rail.
"Slow roll. I would've done the same, but I would've taken six more minutes for maximum pain," Kabrhel told him.
