Peters Back With a Double

Level 31 : Blinds 80,000/160,000, 160,000 ante

Filippo Ragone limped the small blind and Sascha Wilhelm checked to the K82 flop on which Ragone check-called for 160,000. Ragone also checked the 4 turn and then folded when Wilhelm bet the pot.

"Now you have more chips to double me up," Tobias Peters joked who was due to be in the big blind next.

It folded to Wilhelm in the small blind and he bet the pot, Peters called the 480,000 wager with 180,000 behind. On the QJ4 flop, Wilhelm bet the pot and Peters called all-in.

Kryza took the lead on the A72 flop by pairing his ace. The remainder of the board ran out K4 to give Kryza two pair, and he doubled up through Peters.

On the next hand, Peters managed to triple up his stack of 140,000 after cracking the pocket aces of Sascha Wilhelm.

Ragone Wins a Small Pot from Wilhelm

Sascha Wilhelm made it 320,000 to go from under the gun and only Filippo Ragone called from the big blind.

The flop fell 349 and Ragone started with a check. Wilhelm 450,000, which Ragone called.

The 6 turn and 10 river checked through and Ragone's two pair holding 8655 took down the pot.

Upon seeing the Q210 flop fall, Palevic jammed for roughly 1,900,000, and Wilhelm quickly called.

Javier Francort Eliminated in 7th Place (€18,350)

Sascha Wilhelm raised to 500,000 and Javier Francort called in this duel of the two chip leaders. On the 776 flop, Francort checked before calling a bet of 350,000 and then checked the K on the turn. Wilhelm bet another 650,000 for Francort to call and that led them to the 3 on the river.

Francort used one time bank extension before he bet 1,000,000 and Wilhelm declared all-in shortly after.

"I call. Do you have quads?" Francort inquired instantly and Wilhelm nodded, turning over his 8877.

Francort smacked his KKQ3 in disgust on the felt while his Dutch friends on the rail gathered to see what happened. The Omaha specialist was eliminated in 7th place for €18,350 and Wilhelm jumped into a commanding lead.

Peters Survives Against Francort

Level 30 : Blinds 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

Tobias Peters moved forward his entire short stack from an early position and Javier Francort then reraised the pot by sliding in a full stack of T-100,000 chips on the button. Both Filippo Ragone and Rifat Palevic in the blinds folded and Peters was all-in for 510,000.

Palevic's Rivered Straight Earns Him the Pot

Rifat Palevic made ot 250,000 from early position and Javier Francort defended from the big blind.

Check-check followed the JJ9 flop and A turn. When the Q completed the board, Francort bet 450,000, and Palevic called.

Palevic showed a straight holding AK106, which was enough to earn him the pot.
