A few hands later, Zizka raised to 1,000,000 in the cutoff with A♥7♣, and Giuliano Bendinelli tanked for a minute before tossing away A♠10♥ in the small blind as Zizka took another pot.

Both missed the K♠2♠3♦ flop and checked to the 9♠ turn, which gave Baltateanu a flush draw with a gutshot. Both checked again to the 5♠ river, where Okhotskyi checked and then folded to a bet of 1,000,000.

Jose Gaona then looked down at A♠K♥ from under the gun and shoved for 2,900,000, which did the trick as everybody folded.
