Knuth was in a dominating position, but needed to fade a few more outs on the 8♦4♣7♣ flop as Zizka picked up a gutshot. An 8♠ on the turn changed nothing, and both paired their ten on the 10♥ river, but Knuth had a better kicker and doubled up.
Zdenek Zizka raised to 400,000 in the cutoff before Yehonatan Behor moved all in for 1,600,000 in the big blind with A♦4♠. Zizka folded Q♥3♣.
Behor shoved again the next hand from the small blind with J♣4♣, and Ratmir Kesidis gave up his big blind.
Zizka then opened to 400,000 in middle position, Kesidis shoved for 925,000 in the small blind, and Zizka called.

Both players showed down pocket pairs, but Zizka had Kesidis crushed with his sevens. The board ran out K♠J♣3♣8♥8♦ and Kesidis became the first casualty of the final table.
Giuliano Bendinelli raised from under the gun with A♠10♥ to 400,000 and Silviu Baltateanu called with K♠10♠ from middle position.
A flop of 6♣2♠A♦ hit the table and Bendinelli continued with a bet of 400,000. Baltateanu decided to let his hand go.
Oleh Okhotskyi then opened the cutoff with A♥6♠ and Bendinelli looked down at K♦10♠ in the big blind, which he defended.
On the 3♣A♣8♣ flop, Bendinelli checked and then folded when Okhotskyi bet 400,000.
Silviu Baltateanu raised to 400,000 in the cutoff and Oleh Okhotskyi called in the big blind.
Both players checked the Q♣6♥5♣ flop. Baltateanu then bet 300,000 on the A♥ turn, and Okhotskyi called.
The river was the 4♦ and Baltateanu bet another 1,300,000. Okhotskyi again called and Baltateanu showed K♦7♥ for king-high, Okhotskyi turned over A♦4♣ for two pair to win the pot.
Yehonatan Behor opened J♥10♥ from the cutoff to 475,000 and Silviu Baltateanu three-bet to 2,100,000 with A♦10♦ from the small blind, which earned him the pot.
Zdenek Zizka then raised with A♦Q♠ to 400,000 from early position and Ioannis Chorianopoulos called with 7♣6♣ from the big blind.
They saw a flop of 2♣3♣2♥, where Chorianopoulos checked his flush draw and Zizka continued for 200,000. Chorianopoulos called to see the 9♠ fall on the turn, which he checked again.
Zizka then fired another bet into the pot, this time for 375,000, and Chorianopoulos peeled once again. An 8♥ on the river missed both players, and Chorianopoulos decided not to bluff with his seven-high. Zizka checked back and took it down with ace-high.
