Koleno Flops a Set; Elhaiany Bluffs the River

Stanislav Koleno opened 3♠3♥ from the hijack to 500,000 and Christophe Vincent called in the small blind holding 8♥7♣.

Koleno flopped a set on 3♦K♦2♠ and took it down with a bet of 300,000 after Vincent checked.

Roman Isaienko then looked down at K♦K♣ in the cutoff and raised to 500,000. Daniel Elhaiany defended with 7♦5♥ in the big blind.

Elhaiany flopped an open-ender on the 4♦4♥6♠ board and checked it over to Isaienko, who bet 325,000. Elhaiany just called to the A♥ turn, where he checked and Isaienko bet 750,000. Elhaiany called again.

When the 6♦ hit the river, Elhaiany led for 2,600,000 as a bluff, and Isaienko folded his kings.

Ciolte Doubles Without Seeing a Flop

Besnik Aruqi opened the button to 700,000, and then folded when Calin Ciolte jammed out of the big blind for 2,475,000.

The next hand, Aruqi tried again with a raise to 600,000 from the cutoff. Ciolte stuck it all in again, this time for 3,525,000 out of the small blind, which forced Aruqi to fold for a second time.

Then, Gal Naim took his shot at stealing the blinds as he opened the cutoff to 600,000. Ciolte, for the third time on the trot, jammed for 4,725,000 from the button. Naim flashed an ace as he tossed his cards into the muck.

Ciolte more than doubled his stack from three hands, without having to see any community cards.

Yuhan Wang completed from the small blind and Vlastimil Pustina made it 1,000,000 to go out of the big blind. Wang wasted no time in limp-jamming for 6,300,000. Pustina made the call after a few moments, and the cards were tabled.

Wang made a move with a suited queen, but ran into the ace-ten of Pustina. Pustina had been having a rough day and had the chance to get his stack back up to what he began the day with.

A flop of A♦4♥3♠ put Pustina firmly in the lead with top pair, and Wang needed a deuce to survive. The dealer burned a card and delivered the 2♣ on the turn, giving Wang the wheel. A 6♦ completed the board to cement Wang's double-up at the expense of Pustina.

Gal Naim made it 800,000 to go from the hijack and only Yuhan Wang, from the button, made the call.

Naim tossed out a continuation-bet of 700,000 on the 9♠5♥3♥ flop. Wang carved out the call.

The Q♦ rolled off on the turn, causing Naim to check. Wang fired out 2,000,000, which Naim called.

A 6♠ completed the board and Naim checked for the last time. Wang quickly bet 2,700,000, and after a few moments, Naim called.

Wang turned over A♣Q♠ for a turned pair of queens, which was good enough to win the pot, as Naim mucked.

Stamatis had Pustina dominated with the superior ace, and Pustina was pleading for a queen from the dealer. The 3♠2♠2♣ flop gave Pustina some chop outs, and the 5♣ turn gave him even more. However, the K♠ completed the board to give Stamatis a pair of kings, and Pustina was out.

With the elimination of Pustina in 13th, the remaining 12 players had all locked up a €10,350 WSOPE Main Event ticket.

Eventually, Elhaiany shoved, and Koleno called off his stack to create a monster pot.
