Ilies Spikes River to Survive in Domination Rotation

Level 25 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Bogdan Ilies
Bogdan Ilies

Andreas Loesche opened to 70,000 from the cutoff, and received calls from Bogdan Ilies and Miroslav Matula in the blinds.

Action was checked to Loesche on the 996 flop, who fired out a bet of 100,000.

Ilies responded with a check-jam to 540,000, and after a bit of thought, Loesche made the call.

Bogdan Ilies: 109 All in
Andreas Loesche: AQ

Ilies had two pair, nines and sixes, versus Loesche's flush draw.

The 3 hit on the turn to put Loesche in front, but it was followed by the 10 river to improve Ilies to a full house, much to his delight, who gave the table a whack in celebration and pumped his fist as he was shipped the double-up.
