Luigi Pignataro opened to 24,000 under the gun, and received calls from Ioan Taizs in middle position and Andreas Loesche on the button.
Action was checked to Taizs on the Q♣10♦6♦ flop, who fired out a bet of 20,000. Only Pignataro called.
The 7♥ turn and 10♠ river were checked through, and Taizs mucked when Pignataro tabled J♦J♠ for two pair, queens and jacks.
Sebastian Langrock jammed for 97,000 from the hijack. Felix Seelentag on the button three-bet all-in with a bigger stack and the blinds folded.

Langrock flopped a straight draw on 8♥5♣7♥, and the 6♠ turn immediately completed the straight. The 9♣ river however wasn't the card he wanted, as it completed the straight on the board to split the pot.
Four players saw a flop of K♣Q♣5♦ when Cristobal Ochoa bet 50,000 from early position. Lulei Hu then raised to 115,000 in the hijack and Ercan Atmaca moved all in for 260,000 in the small blind. Dave Stann folded the big blind, while Ochoa tanked for a moment before also folding. Hu, meanwhile, shrugged and tossed in a chip to signify a call.

Hu showed a set, while Atmaca had a flush draw. The 4♠ turn was safe for Hu, while the 9♦ fell on the river to send Atmaca to the rail.
"Too much gamble. Not happy. Happy now," Hu said after the hand. Ochoa then admitted he folded ace-king.
A pot of 70,000 had developed on a flop of 7♥3♣2♦, in a hand between Cristobal Ochoa and Majid Alimoradpour, both in middle position.
Ochoa checked, and Alimoradpour fired out a bet of 40,000. Ochoa responded with a check-jam to around 312,000, sending his opponent into the tank.
After around a minute, a table mate asked for the clock to be called, but the rest of the table and dealer were unanimous in agreement not enough time had been granted to Alimoradpour.
He wasn't happy the clock had been called, and folded shortly after. Ochoa showed A♥J♥ for relative air, and Alimoradpour said "I knew it."
Mario Colavita moved all in for 155,000 in middle position and Roland Haddad called in the cutoff.

Colavita was racing for his tournament life, and the 4♠8♥K♦ flop was safe for his threes. The turn was the 5♠, while the Q♠ completed the board on the river and earned him a double up.
Tudor Zapsa continued to grow his stack as he sent short-stacked Jan Kohl to the rail.

Kohl did turn a flush draw on the 8♦2♠7♣4♣ board, but couldn't find any of his outs on the 4♦ river, which meant he was sent home.
Ronen Avraham in the big blind with 3,000 was forced all-in when Christian Schneider opened to 20,000 from the cutoff and made everybody fold.

Avraham's sixes held on J♣J♠3♣J♥9♣. Despite tripling up to less than a big blind, Avraham was eliminated a moments later.
Emmanouil Saloustros jammed from early position for 93,000, and Murilo Garcia three-bet jammed for around 170,000 from the button.
Scott Reynolds was in the big blind, and he took at least two minutes contemplating his decision, before electing to fold.

Saloustros had Garcia dominated, and made top pair on the Q♦9♥6♥ flop.
"Sh*t!" exclaimed Reynolds when he saw the flop, the A♥ turn giving Saloustros top two pair and leaving Garcia drawing dead, with the 10♠ river completing the board.
"I had pocket nines", said Reynolds as Saloustros raked in the pot.
Ducardo Uebedeldt in early position and cutoff Olarita Ionut got all their chips in the middle before the flop, Uebedeldt having Ionut's 370,000 covered.

Ionut had run into Uebedeldt's aces, and the 7♠Q♠9♥4♠2♠ board improved Uebedeldt to the nut flush and earned him the knockout.
"Mr. Millionaire, huh," tablemate Mario Scalia told Uebedeldt after the hand as Uebedeldt built up his stack up to around 1,000,000.
