Two-time WSOP bracelet winner Barry Shulman, who is also the publisher of CardPlayer Magazine, raised to 60,000 from the button only to have Michael Dyer three-bet all in for 850,000 from the big blind. Shulman called off for 815,000 and it was off to the races.

Shulman was looking to improve to stay alive but that proved easier said than done for the former WSOP Europe Main Event champ as the board ran out .
