Kuether and His Kings

Level 14 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Joe Kuether raised to 9,000 from early position and was called by a player in the hijack and Igor Yaroshevskyy on the button. After Kuether checked the {a-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{3-Clubs} flop the hijack led out for 11,000, which got a fold from Yaroshevskyy and a call from Kuether.

Kuether check-called a bet of 17,000 on the {2-Clubs} turn and both players then checked the {3-Hearts} river. Kuether, first to act, tabled {k-Spades}{k-Clubs} and took down the pot. Yaroshevskyy was left short-stacked and busted a few hands later.

Baker Takes It on the Turn

Level 14 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Byron Kaverman made it 9,000 to go from early position and David "ODB" Baker was the only caller.

After Kaverman continued for 13,000 on the {k-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{2-Hearts} flop, Baker raised to 28,000 and Kaverman made the call. Kaverman then checked the {8-Spades} turn, Baker bet out another 28,000, which was enough to take down the pot.

Colpitts Correctly Calls

Level 13 : 2,000/3,000, 3,000 ante

We caught the action on a board reading {k-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{5-Clubs}{q-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} and about 90,000 in the headsup pot. Facing a bet of 60,000 Jeffrey Colpitts tanked for about a minute before he tossed in the calling chips.

The other player reluctantly tabled the {5-Diamonds} and quickly mucked both cards after Colpitts tabled {a-Spades}{q-Spades} to take the pot.

Del Vecchio Done and Dusted

Level 13 : 2,000/3,000, 3,000 ante

Rob Wazwaz raised to 6,000 from middle position only to have Mike Del Vecchio three-bet jam for around 50,000 from the button. Ankush Mandavia then four-bet all in for a bit more from the small blind and Wazwaz got out of the way.

Mike Del Vecchio: {a-Hearts}{q-Clubs}
Ankush Mandavia: {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs}

Del Vecchio was way behind but he got lucky on the {5-Spades}{10-Clubs}{q-Hearts} flop to take the lead. The {q-Spades} turn gave him trip queens, but he wouldn't win as the {j-Clubs} spiked on the river to give Mandavia Broadway. Just like that Del Vecchio hit the rail.

9-High Like a...You Know the Rest

Level 13 : 2,000/3,000, 3,000 ante

First to act, Michael Dyer raised to 6,000 and got two callers. With action on Galen Hall in the small blind he three-bet big to 27,000 and Dyer was the only caller.

Hall continued for 36,000 on the {5-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{k-Hearts} flop, and after Dyer folded Hall tabled {9-Diamonds}{8-Hearts} as he scooped the pot and added more chips to his big chip stack.
