Kade Jams on Dowdy

Level 22 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Vanessa Kade
Vanessa Kade

Shaun Deeb opened the hijack to 60,000, David Dowdy called the button, and Vanessa Kade three-bet to 300,000 in the big blind. Deeb folded and Dowdy called.

The dealer spread the {j-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} flop and Kade led for 280,000. Dowdy raised to 560,000, leaving himself about 500,000 behind. Kade thought about it and moved all-in, causing Dowdy to lay down his hand. Kade smiled and seemed to breathe a sigh of relief as she took the sizable pot without a showdown.

"Don't make those faces if you're not gonna show," Deeb said, although Kade seemed content to add the chips to her stack without revealing the contents of her hand, as she goes over the 3 million mark.

Niko Koop Eliminated in 27th Place ($62,857)

Level 22 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Niko Koop
Niko Koop

Isaac Kempton opened to 60,000 from the hijack and Niko Koop three-bet shoved a stack of about 300,000 from the cutoff. Joao Simao then re-shoved from the small blind and Kempton folded to get the hand heads-up.

Niko Koop: {q-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}
Joao Simao: {10-Spades}{10-Diamonds}

It was a coin flip headed to the flop of {3-Spades}{10-Clubs}{3-Clubs}, which gave Simao a full house to make it anything but. The runout of {j-Clubs}{k-Spades} didn't change things and Koop was eliminated in 27th place for $62,857.

Martin Doubles Through Kempton

Level 22 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Dennis Martin
Dennis Martin

Dennis Martin open-shoved a stack of 285,000 from early position and Isaac Kempton called out of the big blind.

Dennis Martin: {a-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}
Isaac Kempton: {k-Spades}{10-Diamonds}

Martin was still ahead after the flop of {5-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{8-Hearts} and the board finished out {7-Clubs}{j-Hearts} to improve him to a pair of jacks and to earn a double-up through the tournament chip leader.

Zaki Ousted by Kade

Level 21 : 15,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
Justin Zaki
Justin Zaki

With a flop of {9-Spades}{7-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}, Justin Zaki was in the hijack and had most of his chips already committed to the pot against Vanessa Kade in the cutoff. Zaki had 75,000 behind and both players checked the flop.

The {8-Clubs} landed on the turn and Zaki check-called for 50,000.

The {10-Clubs} completed the board and Zaki waited some time trying to secure a ladder, before tossing in his last brown T-25,000 chip. Kade called.

Zaki revealed {q-Hearts}{q-Diamonds} but it was no good against Kade's {9-Clubs}{9-Hearts} flopped set, and Zaki made his way to the payout desk.
