Halverson Hits a "Barry" on the River

Level 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

The action folded around to the button who ripped all in for roughly his last 20,000 chips. Mitchell Halverson was in the small blind and made the call to put his opponent at risk.

Button: {k-Clubs}{9-Spades}
Mitchell Halverson: {a-Spades}{j-Spades}

The flop of {8-Spades}{7-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} missed both players, leaving Halverson in the lead with his ace-high. However, the {9-Diamonds} on the turn put his opponent out front with a pair of nines. But it wasn't over yet as Halverson spiked the infamous "Barry Greenstein" an ace on the river to eliminate his opponent.

Yau Goes For It On River

Level 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

The action was picked up when an early position player opened to 3,500 and both Ethan Yau on the button and the big blind made the call.

The flop came {j-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{4-Hearts} and all three players checked their options to the {q-Spades} turn. The big blind checked and the early position player bet out 6,500, which both Yau and the big blind came along.

The {3-Diamonds} completed the board and both players checked to Yau who took some time before assembling a bet of 18,000. The big blind quickly folded and the early position player went in the tank. After close to a minute of thought, Yau's opponent reluctantly let their cards go and the pot was sent to the poker YouTuber.

"Suck, Re-suck"

Level 9 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Harrison Ashdown opened to 3,000 in early position and Will Failla called on his left. Robbi Jade Lew was next to act and ripped all in for 33,000. The action folded back to Ashdown who re-shoved all in which got Failla to fold.

Robbi Jade Lew: {7-Spades}{7-Clubs}
Harrison Ashdown: {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds}

The flop came {j-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} and Lew took the lead after spiking a set of sevens. The {k-Diamonds} on the turn was clean but the {a-Clubs} on the river gave Ashdown a better set to eliminate Lew for the day.

"Suck, re-suck," Failla pointed out by clarifying what happened.

"I'll be back tomorrow," Lew said on her way out.
