Jay Chaudhary raised to around 2,000,000 on the button with just 50,000 behind and Chad Wassmuth called in the big blind. Wassmuth bet 50,000 on the K♦6♣2♥ flop and Chaudhary called off.

Chaudhary was ahead with ace-high before the 10♥ turn erased his hopes as Wassmuth pulled in front headed to the brick 2♠ on the river.

"Was that the right call?" Wassmuth asked a friend on the rail.

"Definitely the right call!" the friend replied.

"It wasn't a slam dunk," said Wassmuth.

Earlier in the series, John Riordan he took down the $3,000 PLO 6 Max $200K GTD event for $76,695.

Riordan bested Brazil's Joao Simao during heads-up play at a stacked final table that included 2023 GPI Mid-Major Player of the Year Nick Pupillo (3rd - $33,476), Frank Brannan (7th - $11,503) and Jordan Spurlin (9th - $8,014).

Lopez then led out for 2,000,000 on the Q♣ river to send Andrews deep into the tank for several minutes. Andrews shook her head and apologized to the table before folding.
