Becker Raises River

Jeremy Becker was in position in a heads-up pot on a board of A♣10♣2♣3♥. His opponent bet on the turn and Becker called.

The 6♥ river completed the board and the opponent bet 10,000. Becker wasted no time raising all in as his opponent quickly folded to hang on to his remaining stack of around 20,000.

The river raise was more successful than one Becker made yesterday that saw him doubling up Julien Martini with the Wynn assassin now climbing to five times starting stack.

"You Should Be An Actor": Jacks Full for Vela

In a four-way pot on a board of J♠K♠J♣Q♥, Mike Vela bet 6,000 in the small blind and the big blind called before Jeremy Becker raised to 19,500 in the cutoff. The button called and Vela called as the big blind got out of the way.

Vela checked on the 7♥ river and Becker and the button also checked. Vela turned over Q♦J♥ for queens full as the button showed a no-good straight with A♥10♣ and Becker revealed he had the lower end of the straight.

"You should be an actor," Becker told Vela about his slow-played full house before complimenting the button on his check-back.

Mark Walker Wins Wynn Millions Seniors Event

The $1,100 Seniors NLH $100K GTD event at Wynn Millions drew 166 runners to blow past the six-figure guarantee with a prize pool of $161,020.

The final table included Michael Rocco (8th - $4,861), Mitchell Garshofsky (4th - $13,508) and Jennifer Gianera (3rd - $17,701), but it was Mark Walker who came out on top to win the trophy and $41,290.
