Ernest Bush Eliminated in 6th Place ($81,836)

Level 29 : Blinds 75,000/150,000, 150,000 ante
Ernest Bush
Ernest Bush

Joseph Spanne raised to 325,000 in the hijack and Ernest Bush shipped all in for around 2,100,000 on the button. Spanne asked for a count and then flicked in a chip to call.

Ernest Bush: A5All in
Joseph Spanne: 88

Bush was looking for an ace but instead found a pair of fives on the 652 flop. Spanne was still comfortably in the lead and the 4 on the turn didn't change that. The J completed the board and Bush was forced to settle for a sixth-place finish.

Madsen Finds Another River

Level 28 : Blinds 75,000/125,000, 125,000 ante

Jeff Madsen raised to 325,000 in the cutoff and Joseph Spanne shipped all in from the small blind. Alexander Farahi got out of the way in the big blind and Madsen called off the additional 75,000 chips in front of him.

Jeff Madsen: 97All in
Joseph Spanne: A8

The flop came 1063 and Madsen picked up a straight draw to go with his live cards. The 5 on the turn gave him some additional outs and the 7 on the river paired him up. Another double up for Madsen brought him to nearly 10 big blinds now after being down to just a single chip.

Walton Doubles, Madsen Down to a Single Chip

Level 28 : Blinds 75,000/125,000, 125,000 ante
Adam Walton
Adam Walton

Jeff Madsen limped in from middle position and Adam Walton raised to 375,000 on his left. The action came back to Madsen who shoved all in and Walton instantly called off his stack.

Adam Walton: QQAll in
Jeff Madsen: AK

It was a classic coin flip and the flop of KQJ favored Walton with a set of queens. The 2 on the turn changed nothing and the 8 on the river also bricked out. The stacks were counted and it was Walton who was at risk for 2,725,000, leaving Madsen with just a single T25,000 chip after the hand.

Madsen went on to win back-to-back hands and is currently still alive with a few big blinds.

The Chip Lead Changes Hands!

Level 28 : Blinds 75,000/125,000, 125,000 ante
Quang Vu
Quang Vu

Chahn Jung raised to 275,000 on the button and Quang Vu three-bet to 650,000 in the small blind. Jung called and they went heads-up to a flop of 542. Vu continued with a bet of 400,000 and Jung just called.

The turn was the A and Vu slowed down with a check this time. Jung seized the opportunity and slid out a bet of 950,000. Vu called and the 8 hit the river. Vu checked again and Jung announced all in, putting Vu to the test for his remaining 2,800,000 chips. Vu burned through two of his time banks before dropping in chips to call.

"You win," Jung said as he sheepishly turned over KJ for just king-high. Vu tabled his AQ for top pair and scored a full double up, nabbing the chip lead from Jung for the first time in nearly 24 hours.
