Rongshan Li Wins $2,200 NLH for $419,661
The $2,200 No-Limit Hold'em event at the Wynn Summer Classic was massive. It promised at least $2 million in the pot, but with $3,497,765 in the pot, the guarantee was obliterated.
When all was said and done Thursday night, Rongshan Li was the champion at the final table. Li got the Wynn replica trophy and $419,661 for beating a tough and massive field of 1,747 runners.
Li wasn't the only big winner, however. Seven players went home with a six-figure payout, including the runner-up, Feizal Satchu, who collected $319,654 as part of a four-way chop. Daniel Chalifour received $353,178 for third place, and Matas Cimbolas was paid $331,304 for fourth place.
