Shakoor Doubles on First Hand, Karp on Second Hand

Level 20 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

Aftab Shakoor moved all in on the first hand with {A-Spades}{8-Spades} and would double up against Joe Ebanks {3-}{3-} when an ace would hit the turn. The very next hand, Ryan Franklin would move all in first to act from the small blind to apply pressure on the short-stacked Steve Karp but it was bad timing as Karp woke up with {Q-Diamonds}{Q-Spades}. Franklin's {8-Clubs}{7-Spades} was unable to put a beat on Karp and just like that two of the shorter stacks have doubled up.
