partypoker has launched a new Refer-A-Friend scheme that could see you pad your bankroll with up to $2,500 per week.

The scheme revolves around partypoker’s cashback loyalty program. Players refer their friends to partypoker using a unique URL that is linked to them. These referred players then create a partypoker account, make a deposit, and start playing in partypoker’s cash games and tournaments.

They earn cashback for themselves, but the player who referred them also receives a percentage of their cashback too.

The referring player receives 5% of their friends’ Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR), but this is boosted to 10% until May 24 to get the program up and running.

There are some terms and conditions, and earning caps to be aware of.

Firstly, players from the United Kingdom cannot receive a percentage of another players’ GGR. They can, however, contribute to another player’s cashback. For example, no Refer-A-Friend payments are made to a UK player who refers another player. Payments are made if a player from any other country refers a UK-based player.

Also, there is a hard stop of $500 earnings per player per week, with a weekly referrer cap of $2,500 per week. The most you can earn per player is $10,000 over the life of their account. Finally, $50,000 is the maximum you can earn from the Refer-A-Friend program regardless of how many friends you refer.

The system is better than most Refer-A-Friend programs that tend to offer a small cash reward for each referred player once that player has met certain requirements. partypoker’s new system sees players receive payments for as long as their friends play at the site, as long as they play at least one real money hand every 60-days.

partypoker managing director, Tom Waters, said: “There are many refer-a-friend schemes out there but we wanted to offer something a little different. Instead of players receiving a one-off referral fee, our players will continue to receive cash rewards while their friends are active on partypoker. We always try to reward our loyal players where we can and this scheme does just that.”
