PokerGO Bounty Blitz Series in Las Vegas to Feature Unique Bounty Formats

A new and unique poker series is making its debut next month inside PokerGO Studio in Las Vegas in the form of the PokerGO Tour Bounty Blitz.
The PGT Bounty Blitz series, running Sept. 1-6, will feature six $5,300 buy-in events, each with a different bounty format that puts $2,000 aside for the bounty pool. Players in the registration line before the start of play will receive a $200 discount on their buy-ins.
Unique Bounty Formats
Action in PokerGO Studio will kick off with Event #1, a No-Limit Hold'em Knockout event that will be a standard knockout tournament.
Event #2 is slated to be an Escalator tournament, meaning bounties will escalate to three different price points throughout the tournament. Bounties during open registration are worth $500, while eliminations after registration closes will be worth $1,000. Once the tournament reaches one full table before the bubble, the bounty value will be adjusted by dividing the remaining prize pool by the number of players remaining.
Event #3 will be a Quattro bounty format in which bounties will be worth $8,000 beginning with 25% of the field remaining. Event #4, meanwhile, will be a Progressive Knockout event where half a bounty is paid out and the other half is added to the recipient's bounty value.
Event #5 will feature a Mystery Bounty format, which has become one of the most popular tournament formats in recent years.
The final event of the series, Event #6, will follow the same bounty format as Event #1.
There's plenty more action coming up on the PokerGO Tour. Also in September will be the Poker Masters series, as well as the PGT Venetian Classic inside the new Venetian Poker Studio.
All PokerGO events will earn players points to qualify for the 2025 PGT $1,000,000 Championship, which will award $500,000 to the eventual winner.
