BetRivers Poker Championship

The final weekend of the first-ever BetRivers Poker Championship is upon us and the clock is running out for online players in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Delaware and West Virginia to work their way up the leaderboards.

The 2025 BetRivers Poker Championship kicked off on Sept. 21 and runs through Sunday, Oct. 5, featuring 112 events with buy-ins ranging from $2 to $500 with $545,000 in guaranteed prizes. Much of that prize money has been awarded already, but the best is yet to come this weekend.

BetRivers Poker Championship Finishes Strong

The final weekend of the online poker series on the East Coast includes a $100 Classic event with a $10,000 guarantee on Saturday, but most of the action is reserved for Sunday.

Everyone's favorite day for online poker, the Sunday schedule includes an array of events from a $100 Monsterstack with a $17,500 guarantee to a $500 Super High Roller with a $20,000 guarantee.

Action culminates with the $200 Main Event, which has a $40,000 guarantee attached and kicks off at 6 p.m. Eastern Time.

There are plenty of added benefits to playing in the BetRivers Poker Championship, including entry into the Encore Freeroll Series featuring up to $12,000 in extra prizes.

Additionally, the Gold and Silver leaderboards give players a chance to compete for additional prize money.

The first-place finisher of the Gold Leaderboard will receive $1,000 in tournament tickets, while the Silver Leaderboard champion will earn $200 in tournament tickets. The other top-20 finishers of each leaderboard will receive consolidation prizes.

Though smaller than its competitors, BetRivers Poker makes up for it with A-list ambassadors, including pot-limit Omaha legend Phil Galfond and all-time bracelet leader Phil Hellmuth.

The Poker Brat livestreamed more than a dozen hours of play on the site earlier this year and also hosts the BetRivers-sponsored Hellmuth's Home Game on CBS Sports.
