Poker Hall of Famer Nick Schulman Adds Another Tournament Title to His Resume
Table Of Contents
Nick Schulman showed on Saturday why he was a slam dunk Poker Hall of Fame inductee last summer.
The popular PokerGO commentator took down PGT Mixed Games Series Event #4: $10,200 8-Game for $235,500, his eighth PGT title. Schulman, already a legend at age 41, beat a field of 84 entrants in the mixed games tournament inside the PokerGO Studio on the Las Vegas Strip.
Schulman Wins Again
Schulman faced some skilled mixed game opponents at the final table. Jesse Klein (seventh place for $33,600) and Walter Chambers (sixth place for $42,000) were the first ones to go.
Scott Seiver, a leading 2026 Poker Hall of Fame candidate and another master of the mixed games, took fifth place for $58,800. He was followed out the door by Nicolas Milgrom, who earned $79,800 for fourth place. The final three players were all guaranteed a six-figure payout.

Schulman, a seven-time World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet winner, entered the final table with a small chip lead. But he'd quickly extend that lead before building up a huge advantage over the competition. By the time three-handed play against Dzmitry Urbanovich and Qinghai Pan began, the eventual champion had over 60% of all chips in play.
Urbanovich, in no-limit hold'em, moved all in with Ax9x and ran into Schulman's AxQx. The best hand held up, sending Urbanovich home in third place for $109,200. Pan, who had a heavy chip disadvantage when heads-up play started, ran into a bit of bad luck on the final hand. Schulman had locked up the low in Omaha Hi-Lo and was drawing to a flush and an over card on the turn to win the high, which he hit on the river to finish off the tournament.
Pan received $151,200 for his second-place finish. Schulman, who now has over $25.4 million in The Hendon Mob cashes, earned $235,200 and continues to grow his legacy as one of the all-time poker greats.
Schulman joins Chino Rheem (Event #1), Justin Liberto (Event #2), and Ryan Hoenig (Event #3) as winners thus far during the PGT Mixed Games Series. Event #5: $15,200 Big Bet Mix kicked off on Saturday.
