If you're an avid fan of the NFL and love poker, BetRivers Poker has a promotion running that is right up your alley.
Football season is upon us, and players on the popular U.S.-facing poker site can turn their NFL betting skills into BetRivers Poker credit. BetRivers has a lineup of promotions tying in the Week 1 NFL action that is certain to have poker players in Delaware, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia interested.
What are the Football Promotions?
The BetRivers promotion includes a Football to the Felt offer, plus a season-long Football Freeroll of the Week promotion featuring more than $37,000 in freerolls and leaderboard prizes.
The promotion began on Sept. 9 and runs through Sept. 14 after the Monday Night Football game. Players can earn up to $100 worth of SNG tickets based on their total settled wagers across NFL Week 1 markets.
If you earn a sportsbook reward, you'll have a shot to complete the "Extra Point" by playing three $1+ SNG's from Sept. 15-22. By completing this requirement, an additional SNG ticket bundle will be unlocked. This ticket bundle is based on the player's original rewards bet. For example, if you have $50-$99 in settled wagers, you'd get $10 worth of SNG tickets, whereas $1,000+ in wagers will give you $100 in SNG tickets.
Beyond Week 1, BetRivers has a Football Freeroll of the Week promotion where players can try to predict the winner of a select Game of the Week. Players can earn a weekly prediction ticket by completing one of the following poker requirements: playing 25 cash game hands, playing at least three $1+ MTTs, or playing at least three $1+ SNGs.
Once the qualifier is unlocked, players then make a prediction on who will win the Game of the Week. If the prediction is correct, they will be entered into a poker freeroll tournament with $1,000-$5,000 guaranteed (depending on the week). BetRivers will keep a season-long leaderboard from the Game of the Week picks, so it pays to play weekly. At the end of the season, the Top 100 players will split a pot of $10,000 worth of MTT tickets.
The first featured matchup is the Washington Commanders versus the Philadelphia Eagles, a Sunday afternoon game between two NFC East rivals.
Qualifying for this game ends Sept. 10. There's one other 2026 NFL promotion at BetRivers Poker, and that is the $5,000 Grand Final Freeroll at the end of the season. Anyone who simply makes five predictions throughout the season will be eligible to compete.
