Pierre Neuville Takes from Sonke Jahn

Level 6 : 800/1,600, 200 ante

Pierre Neuville raised to 4,000 from the button. Bernd Gleissner called from the small blind as did Sonke Jahn from the big blind. The flop was {q-Spades}{8-Hearts}{7-Hearts} and it checked to Neuville who bet 8,500.

Gleissner folded but Jahn called. The turn was the {4-Clubs}. Jahn checked to Neuville who bet 25,000. Again Jahn just called.

Both players checked the river which was the {8-Clubs}. Neuville was first to show and he turned over {a-Diamonds}{a-Hearts}. Tablemate Martin Kabrhel implored Kahn to table his hand, and he duly did so , showing {k-Hearts}{q-Hearts}.

Michael Stuwe vs Niall Farrell

Level 6 : 800/1,600, 200 ante

On a flop of {j-Spades}{6-Clubs}{5-Clubs} with 27,500 in the pot already, Niall Farrell bet 14,500 and Michael Stuwe called.

The turn was the {6-Diamonds} and both players checked. The river was the {8-Hearts}.

Farrell bet 30,00 and was eventually called by Stuwe. Farrell showed {10-Spades}{7-Spades} and Stuwe won the pot with {a-Hearts}{5-Hearts}.

Pavel Binar Eliminated by Enzo Del Piero

Level 6 : 800/1,600, 200 ante

We didn't manage to grab the hand, but Enzo Del Piero tells us that he flopped a full house against Pavel Binar, and by the river he had the rest of Binar's chips.

"He was bluffing," said Del Piero, who now moves to the top of the chip counts thanks to that hand.

Bernd Gleissner Doubles Through Martin Kabrhel

Level 6 : 800/1,600, 200 ante

Bernd Gleissner really isn't hanging about in this tournament. In this hand he was first to act and raised to 2,000. Pavel Binar then three-bet to 4,500. Martin Kabrhel called from the small blind, as did Pierre Neuville from the big blind, and Gleissner came along as well.

The flop was {3-Spades}{4-Spades}{5-Spades} and Kabrhel lead for 9,000. Neuville called and then Gleissner moved all in for 38,500. Kabrhel called and Neuville thought about calling, but folded showing the {2-Hearts}.

Kabrhel held {7-Spades}{7-Hearts} but Gleissner had flopped a flush with {k-Spades}{2-Spades}.

"Six of spades on the river for two straight flushes," said Kabrhel. The turn was the {9-Hearts} and the river the {10-Diamonds} and Gleissner doubled up.

Pavel Binar Doubles Through Martin Kabrhel

Level 6 : 800/1,600, 200 ante

Pavel Binar moved all in for his remaining 26,700 from under-the-gun. It folded to Martin Kabrhel who promptly flipped over {10-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} and called. Binar showed {a-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}.

The board ran out {j-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{q-Hearts}{2-Clubs} giving Binar the double up.

Bernd Gleissner Doubles Through Pierre Neuville

Level 5 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

No sooner had Pierre Neuville doubled through Bernd Gleissner, but the roles were reversed.

Gleissner moved all-in from under-the-gun for 24,300 and Neuville called from the big blind.

Neuville: {j-Hearts}{k-Hearts}
Gleissner: {2-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}

The flop came {2-Spades}{3-Clubs}{4-Spades} and even the high rollers seated in this tournament couldn't help but let out a collective "Wow" as the {2-Clubs} came on the turn.

"No river! No river!" said Martin Kabrhel, but alas the dealer wasn't listening and duly dealt the {k-Spades} on the river.

Pierre Neuville Doubles Through Bernd Gleissner

Level 5 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

Pierre Neuville raised and Bernd Gleissner, who has moved all in a couple of times recently and showed {5-}{5-} on one of those occasions, moved all in. The remaining players folded and Neuville called.

Neuville: {a-Diamonds}{a-Hearts}
Gleissner: {k-Spades}{k-Clubs}

The flop was a good one for Gleissner as it came {k-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{6-Hearts}, but the {a-Spades} on the turn was a killer blow. The river was the {q-Diamonds} and Neuville doubled up.

William Kassouf vs Niall Farrell

Level 5 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

Niall Farrell raised to 2,700 from the hijack and William Kassouf called from the cutoff.

The pair saw a flop of {9-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{5-Diamonds} and Farrell checked to Kassouf who bet 5,100. Then the customary table-talk began.

"I've hit top-pair, big kicker," said Kassouf.

"Top pair no good," replied Farrell.

"I was expecting a continuation bet Firaldo," said Kassouf, which elicited a chuckle from Ludovic Geilich. Farrell called and the pair saw the {6-Clubs} on the turn. Both players checked.

The river brought the {3-Hearts} and Farrell bet 15,000.

"What have you got?" said Kassouf, "Maybe you have ace-high?"

"Yeah," replied Farrell, "I'm betting {a-Spades}{q-Spades} for value."

Kassouf eventually called but was showed {j-Diamonds}{8-Spades} for a straight. Kassouf showed {9-Clubs} and threw the bet over to Farrell.

[Removed:291] Doubles Through Ludovic Geilich

Level 5 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

[Removed:291] was all-in but behind against Ludovic Geilich holding {a-Spades}{k-Spades} against his opponent's {10-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}.

The flop helped [Removed:292]'s effort somewhat, as it came {3-Spades}{3-Clubs}{7-Spades} giving the German a flush draw. The turn was the {9-Diamonds} but the river was the {j-Spades} giving [Removed:292] a flush.

"Unlucky Ludo," said tablemate William Kassouf as [Removed:292]'s double up was counted out.
