Welcome to the Table Bernd Gleissner

Level 3 : 400/800, 100 ante

In one of the first hands Bernd Gleissner played, Pierre Neuville opened to 2,000 under the gun and Gleissner called. Enzo Del Piero called also and the action was folded around to Martin Kabrhel in the big blind.

"How much are you playing?" Kabrhel asked Neuville.

"One twenty-five," replied Neuville.

"You don't have 125," said Kabrhel.

"No," interjected Chris Moorman, "He's saying he only has one 25,000 chip."

Realising his mistake, Kabrhel soldiered on,r aising to 12,000. Neuville folded, Gleissner called and Del Piero also folded.

The flop was {q-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} and Kabrhel lead for 10,000. Gleissner called. Both players checked the {4-Diamonds} on the turn and the river brought the {2-Hearts}.

Kabrhel bet 12,000 and his opponent folded. "I mis-played my hand," bemoaned Kabrhel, "I don't know what happened."

Nevertheless, the Czech player raked in the pot, cementing his status as chip leader in this tournament.

Pierre Neuville vs Martin Kabrhel

Level 3 : 400/800, 100 ante

Heads-up to a flop, Martin Kabrhel let out a smile.

"Me and Mr Belgium," he said, gesturing to Pierre Neuville sat beside him.

The flop was {10-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{2-Spades} and Neuville checked to Kabrhel who bet 2,500. Neuville called.

The turn was the {9-Diamonds} and both players checked.

Both players checked the {q-Diamonds} on the river and Neuville showed {q-Hearts}{6-Hearts}.

"Nice call on the flop," said Kabrhel, "Runner runner, chicken dinner!"

"I always know when a lady is coming," came the reply from the 74-year-old.

William Kassouf Still Hanging About

Level 3 : 400/800, 100 ante
William Kassouf in the House

It folded to Chris Moorman in the small blind who raised to 1,900. His fellow Brit William Kassouf was in the big blind.

He grabbed a handful of chips and threw them into the middle saying: "I'll get rid of my change. Whatever that is..."

That amount was 4,150. Moorman eventually folded.

"I got a big ace," said Kassouf, showing the {a-Hearts} for all to see. After a wobble early on, Kassouf seems to be finding his feet in this High Roller field midway through Level 3.

Leon Tsoukernik Eliminated by Martin Kabrhel

Level 3 : 400/800, 100 ante

No sooner had Leon Tsoukernik one a three-way pot involving him, Pierre Neuville and Chris Moorman, the Czech player was eliminated.

Martin Kabrhel was the greatful recipient of Tsoukernik's chips. He explained that the pair of them got it in after a string of raises and re-raises preflop. Kabrhel held {a-}{q-} and Tsoukernik {a-}{10-}, with the former making a flush to eliminate Tsoukernik. We imagine with unlimited re-entries until the start of Day 2, this won't be the last we see of Tsoukernik.

Chris Moorman Starting Slowly

Level 3 : 400/800, 100 ante

Chris Moorman entered the action towards the end of the first level and has had a quiet time of it so far.

In this hand both Pierre Neuville and Leon Tsoukernik checked the flop of {j-Spades}{9-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} to him and he bet 2,200. He then watched as Neuville raised to 6,300 and Tsoukernik called.

All three players checked the turn {7-Clubs} and the river {4-Spades}. As Neuville was the last aggressor he was forced to show {8-Diamonds}{7-Spades}, but Tsoukernik had him beat with {9-Spades}{3-Spades}.

William Kassouf Misses His Draw; Tsoukernik Profits

Level 2 : 300/600, 75 ante

The board read {2-Spades}{2-Hearts}{7-Hearts} and William Kassouf checked to Leon Tsoukernik who bet 3,000. The two other players in the hand folded and Kassouf called.

The turn was the {8-Spades} and Kassouf check-called a bet of 4,000 from Tsoukernik.

The river was the {a-Clubs} and again Kassouf checked and Tsoukernik promptly put out a bet of 5,000.

"Bluffing with the best hand Leon?" asked Kassouf as he folded saying, "I missed my draw."

Tsoukernik showed {a-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} and raked in the pot as his stack returns to nearly the 100,000 he started with.

November Niner Neuville Down But Not Out

Level 2 : 300/600, 75 ante

Pierre Neuville has endured a tricky start to his High Roller. After losing an early pot to Brit Enzo Del Piero, he has been hovering between the 50,000 and 70,000 mark from a starting stack of 100,000.

In this pot, which involved Neuville, Martin Kabrhel and Leon Tsoukernik, the three players all checked a board of {k-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{2-Spades}{9-Hearts} and Kabrhel bet 6,625 when the river came the {2-Clubs}.

Neuville called and Tsoukernik folded. The Belgian then mucked when Kabrhel turned over {k-Hearts}{4-Hearts} for two pair: kings and fours. The Czech meanwhile is vying with tablemate Enzo Del Piero for the chip lead at the moment.
