All of the starting flights in the 888poker LIVE Madrid Main Event are in the books and now it's time for Day 2!
The chip leader heading into Day 2 is Simone Maglianella who is the only player over 600,000 in chips — that's good enough for over 200 big blinds! He's followed by Oleg Bystrenin and of course 888poker Ambassador Ian Simpson.
After a deep run in the €2,200 High Roller earlier this week, Simpson bagged the overall chip lead on Day 1b and will be returning for Day 2 with 185 big blinds to his name.
