Narcis Cristian Olaru raised to 800 in early position and Simpson called, as did the button and small blind. The flop came Q♣2♥5♦ and Olaru continued for 1,600.
Only Simpson called and the 9♠ fell on the turn. Olaru then bet 3,500 and Simpson again called.
The river was the 2♦ and Olaru bet 8,800. Simpson quickly folded and Olaru took the pot.
