With the board showing 2♠6♦J♥8♥, Bojan led out for 700 from the big blind and McGlone called on the button.
The river was the 3♣ and Bojan bet another 1,700. McGlone quickly called and Bojan snap-mucked, allowing McGlone to collect the pot without a showdown.

Mosquera gave the decision some thought but eventually mucked as Roberts took down the early pot.

Manchester is a city known as the heart of Britain’s Industrial Revolution, its vibrant cultural scene, and the passionate rivalry between the two top soccer clubs. For the next five days, it will also play host to some of the biggest names in the British poker scene with the start of the 888poker Live Manchester Main Event.
The £1,100 Main Event kicks off with Day 1a at noon local time inside the Grosvenor Casino. Players begin with a 30,000 starting stack and will play 14 40-minute levels on each of the first three starting flights. There is also a turbo Day 1d flight on August 23 at 8 p.m. with 20-minute levels. All surviving players combine for Day 2 on August 24, with a champion being crowned on August 25.

Late registration remains open through the start of Day 2. Players are allowed unlimited reentries during the registration period. Hopefuls can also qualify online for as little as 1 cent or through a $109 qualifier on 888poker.
In addition to British poker superstars, the 888poker team will be out in full force this week. Ian Simpson, Nick Eastwood, Lucia Navarro, and Vivian Saliba are all expected to make an appearance in Manchester and take a run at the trophy.
This is the fourth 888poker Live Main Event held so far in 2024. Previous champions include Josep Valls, Razvan Morar, and Manuel Ledesma. The last time 888poker came to British soil was in Coventry last October, when Yiannis Liperis prevailed over a field of 672 entries to earn £120,000.
