Falch Gets Away With a Big Bluff
Level 6
: Blinds 400/800, 800 ante
Fotios Panagopoulos raised to 1,600 in early position and Aleksander Falch three-bet to 5,000 in middle position. Jesu Rozat called in the small blind, while Panagopoulos got out of the way.
The flop came A♣Q♥6♦ and Rozat led out for 5,000. Falch called to the 8♦ turn, where Rozat bet another 5,000. Falch again called.
Rozat once again bet 5,000 on the 3♣ river, but this time Falch shoved forward his entire stack of several mismatching towers, even knocking some of his chips on the floor. It was a bet of around 25,000, but Rozat quickly folded and Falch showed 10♠2♥ as he took the pot.
