Around 50,000 was already in the middle as Stefano in the small blind and an opponent in middle position went to the river on a board of 2♦4♦10♠6♠5♣. The middle-position player then bet 18,000 and Stefano came back with an all-in shove.
His opponent had around 25,000 remaining and tanked for several minutes before folding. "Show one," a tablemate implored, but Stefano returned his cards face down.
The next hand, the hijack raised to 1,600 and Stefano called on the button. The small blind then three-bet to 6,500 and only Stefano called.
The flop came A♦Q♣10♦ and the small blind led out for 3,500. Stefano called to see the K♠ turn as his opponent slowed down and checked. Stefano then bet 10,000 and his opponent quickly folded.

A player on the button raised to 1,300 and Iaron Lightbourne three-bet to 6,000 in the small blind. German Andreu called in the big blind, while the button got out of the way.
Both players checked the J♦4♠8♦ flop. "Are you trying to trap me?" Lightbourne asked as they saw the A♦ fall on the turn. Lightbourne then bet 5,000.
Andreu came back with a raise to 12,000 and Lightbourne reraised to 35,000. Andreu called and the 2♥ fell on the river. Both players again checked.
Lightbourne showed K♦2♠ for a pair of deuces and began slapping himself on the hand as Andreu turned over 8♠8♥ for a set to win the pot.

Sandu Georgian bet 2,300 from the hijack on a flop of 8♥3♦2♥ and a player under the gun called, as did Soufiane Saada in middle position.
The turn was the 8♦ and Georgian bet another 2,600. Only Saada called this time as he checked over to Georgian again on the 2♠ river. Georgian this time checked back.
"Why you no bet," Saada said as he showed A♥8♣ for a full house. Georgian showed him 3♠3♣ for an inferior full house as Saada added to his massive stack.

Alberto Diaz raised to 1,300 in the hijack and was called by a player on the button. The big blind then three-bet to 7,100 and Diaz four-bet to 16,000. The button got out of the way, but the big blind moved all in and Diaz snap-called for 56,400.
Alberto Diaz: A♣A♠
Opponent: A♦K♦
Diaz had woken up with aces to cooler his opponent as he was a big favorite to double up. The 2♣5♥J♣Q♣ board gave his opponent some hope with a straight draw going to the river, but he missed the 7♣ and Diaz took the pot.

Nearly 20,000 was in the pot as Gaspare Triolo and Jon San Juan went heads-up on a board of 6♣9♦8♣J♠. Triolo then got his last 40,000 in the middle from the button and San Juan put him at risk in the hijack.
San Juan showed J♥J♦ for a turned set, while Triolo had Q♠Q♦. San Juan was poised to take the massive pot until the 10♠ arrived on the river, improving Triolo to a straight and earning him a double up.
