Andreu slowed down and checked the 9♦ river. "Nine is good," Lightbourne said, checking back. Andreu didn't have a nine, but he did show Q♠8♦ for trips to win the pot.
"Ace-three. I thought he was trying to bluff me," Lightbourne added after the hand. Despite dropping that pot, Lightbourne is still sitting on a big stack of around 170,000.
