Fontan Leaves Rawal Short
Level 4
: Blinds 200/300, 300 ante
Guillermo Fontan bet 1,500 from early position on a flop of 6♣K♣4♠ and Manish Rawal called in the hijack.
Both players checked the 10♠ turn. Fontan also checked the A♠ river, and Rawal bet 5,600. Fontan quickly called, and Rawal instantly mucked his cards. Fontan showed A♥J♣ as he took the pot.
Wendy Watson, despite her earlier protestations, has rejoined the field. "If I lose with aces or kings again, I'm never playing again. They keep testing me," she said as she took her new seat.
