Garcia Comes Out on Top of a Big Flip
Level 12
: Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Roberto Agus raised to 4,000 in the cutoff before Sergio Garcia three-bet to 16,000 in the big blind. Agus then moved all in.
Garcia gathered up all of his remaining chips in one tower and took a peek at the tournament clock. He ended up taking a minute before sliding in his tower to call.
Roberto Agus: 5♠5♣
Sergio Garcia: A♥K♠
The flop came A♠Q♥2♣ and Garcia slammed the table in celebration after spiking an ace to take the lead. The rest of the board ran out J♥6♠.
The stacks were counted down and Garcia had Agus' remaining 80,000 covered, sending Agus to the rail.
