Time For Day 2 of the Snowfest

Welcome to Day 2 the SKYCITY Casino in Queenstown, New Zealand for continued coverage of the 2012 Australia New Zealand Poker Tour Queenstown Snowfest Main Event!
Today will play out in a somewhat unique way, with half the field partaking in three levels of action on Day 2a at 12:30 PM local time. The other half will play three levels on Day 2b at 4:00 PM. The survivors from both of these flights will then be combined at 7:30 PM and continue playing for another few levels. The table draws for these Day 2 flights can be seen below.
The overall chip leader heading into Day 2 is Australia's David Allan, who holds a chip stack of 98,200. Allan will be partaking Day 2a, while the person with largest stack on Day 2b is Nurlan Boobekov with 69,200.
Be sure to strap yourselves in for a long night as we start shrinking the field in anticipation of making it to the final table this weekend. The first Day 2 flight of the day begins at 12:30 PM and PokerNews will be here all day long, so don't miss it!
