Slade Fisher opened with a raise from the button to 9,000 and the action was on the short stack of the field, Dean Blatt, in the small blind. He looked around at the other tables before giving a shrug and committing his last 21,000. The big blind folded and Fisher was priced in to call.

Blatt was in good shape to double up, and avoided danger on the 
flop.
The 
turn brought some chop outs for Fisher, but it was the 
river that was the dagger through the heart, and the tournament for our bubble boy, Dean Blatt.
He’s out as the remaining 24 players gave a cheer as they were now safely in the money!
