Big Stack and Story for Occy

When we wandered past Octavian Voegele's table we noticed he had a stack of 80,000. That's a monster stack for this stage of the tournament, so we had to find out what happened.
Apparently Voegele held 
on a 
flop. His unlucky opponent, Tommy Vo, held . Not too surprisingly, there were fireworks on this flop with lots of chips hitting the middle as Voegele would eliminate Vo with his quad nines trumping the full house.
The interesting part of this story is that Vo and Voegele play the same home game on the Gold Coast and are even room mates while staying here in Sydney! It was a long way for Vo to come to have a home game buddy cooler him.
