Nobody Chips Rayan Nathan Up

Rayan Nathan
Rayan Nathan
In true no-limit hold'em style, Rayan Nathan went from having about 60,000 to being knocked out of the APPT Grand Final in the blink of an eye.

The first hand, Nathan called an opponents all in with pocket aces on a {j-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{3-Clubs} flop. His opponent was holding the {a-Clubs}{j-Spades} and Nathan was in great shape.

The {2-Clubs}, however changed things giving Nathan's opponent a club flush draw which his opponent would hit when the {j-Clubs} fell on the river.

Just moments later, Nathan would get involved with chip leader Sayad Jabbour. Nathan limped in, Jabbour raised to 2,200 and Nathan called.

The flop came down {10-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{8-Clubs} and Nathan checked to Jabbour, who bet 7,000. Rayan Nathan bumped the action up to 25,000, Jabbour jammed and Nathan made the call with the {a-Hearts}{4-Hearts}. Jabbour must have been channeling the legendary Doyle Brunson, as he flipped over the {10-Diamonds}{2-Spades}.

The {4-Spades} turn, and the {k-Spades} river were no good for Nathan sending the ChipMeUp.com founder to the rail. Sayed Jabbour, on the other hand has taken the overall chip lead for the entire event with about 160,000.
