Dunwoodie Pressures Turn

Level 7 : 400/800, 75 ante
Sean Dunwoodie
Sean Dunwoodie

Facing a limp, Sean Dunwoodie bumped it to 1,050 with the limper making the call to see a {10-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} flop fall.

With the action checked to him, Dunwoodie continued for 1,500 only to have his opponent check-raise to 3,700.

Dunwoodie paused for a few moments before making the call as the turn landed the {J-Clubs} and again his opponent checked.

Dunwoodie quickly tossed in 6,100 as a response to his opponent's check, and this time it brought about a fold.

"Making a move on me huh?" stated Dunwoodie as he collected the pot to move to 51,800 in chips.

Tens No Good for Hinrichsen

Level 7 : 400/800, 75 ante

Andrew Hinrichsen opened to 750 from early position and was three-bet by a player in the hijack to 2,500.

The player in the big blind made the call, as did Hinrichsen, to see a {8-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{J-Hearts} flop fall.

Once the big blind checked, Hinrichsen led out for 4,500 only to have the original raiser go deep into the tank for three minutes before moving all in for 26,175.

The big blind took his time before folding, only to have the action return to Hinrichsen. He quickly flashed his {10-Hearts}{10-Spades} before folding to relinquish the pot and slip to 40,300 in chips.

Kursunlu KO'd

Level 7 : 400/800, 75 ante
Gokhan Kursunlu
Gokhan Kursunlu

Gokhan Kursunlu found himself all in from the small blind against PokerStars Team Asia Pro Celina Lin from the big.

Kursunlu: {9-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}
Lin: {K-Clubs}{K-Spades}

Finding himself caught in a cooler hand, the flop of {5-Spades}{6-Clubs}{4-Spades} would add a few backdoor draws to go along with his two-outer to stay alive.

The {2-Diamonds} on the turn now gave Kursunlu outs to a chop, but when the river landed the wrong four-sider with the {10-Hearts}, Kursunlu was forced to the rail as Lin climbs to 32,000 in chips.

Wheels Fall Off the Van

Level 7 : 400/800, 75 ante
Van Marcus
Van Marcus

Van Marcus limped in from under the gun. The cutoff seat also limped and then David Steicke called the 300 from the button. The small blind completed and the big blind put in a raise, exercising his option to the price of 2,300. Marcus shoved in for 10,650, the ol' limp-reraise play. Everyone folded back to the big blind and he quickly called, tabling the {K-Hearts}{K-Spades}. Marcus showed the {A-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds}.

The board ran out {8-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{2-Spades}{K-Clubs}{10-Clubs} and the turn was the final dagger as it left Marcus drawing dead. He was sent to the rail after what was a rather torturous day on the felt.

Daniel Neilson
Daniel Neilson

David Steicke limped in only to have a player on his left bump it to 700. Van Marcus called on the button before Daniel Neilson three-bet to 2,650 from the big blind.

Steicke passed, but the original raiser pushed all in for 8,400, and once Marcus passed, Neilson made the call.

Neilson: {K-Diamonds}{K-Clubs}
Opponent: {J-Hearts}{J-Spades}

The board ran out {Q-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{Q-Hearts} to see Neilson eliminate the first player of the day while climbing to 62,000 in chips.

Hinrichsen Fires River and Wins

Level 7 : 400/800, 75 ante

Andrew "FUZZBUNGLE" Hinrichsen raised to 550 from early position. One player in middle position called, Daniel Negreanu called in late position and then the big blind called to see the flop come down {A-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}. Action checked around to see the {2-Clubs} fall on the turn. Action checked to Negreanu and he fired 1,250. Everyone called and they called quickly.

"Alright, I check!" said Negreanu before the river card came, laughing.

The river card came the {J-Clubs} and action checked to Hinrichsen. He bet 2,500 and everyone else folded.
