Lim Goes Over 100K

Level 7 : 300/600, 600 ante

Alexis Lim found a full house, and he got paid from his opponent.

Lim called from middle position an early position open, and the big blind followed too.

The flop came {7-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}, the big blind and the initial raiser checked, Lim bet 2,800, the big blind raised to 8,000, and Lim called after the initial raiser's fold.

The {8-Clubs} came on the turn, and the big blind bet again 8,000, with Lim calling again.

The {8-Diamonds} completed the board on the river, with Lim betting 22,000 after his opponent's check. The other player didn't think about it for long before tossing a red 25,000 chip in the middle to indicate a call.

Lim opened {7-Diamonds}{7-Spades} with a rivered full house and the other player mucked.

Kong Doubles to 100,000

Level 7 : 300/600, 600 ante

he board was {7-Clubs}{q-Hearts}{j-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} and with just under 40,000 in the middle already, a player had moved all in putting Seongsu Kong to the test for his last 33,600.

Kong took his time before calling.

His opponent shook his head and tabled {j-Diamonds}{k-Hearts} for two pair and Kong triumphantly showed {a-Spades}{a-Clubs} for a rivered straight.

"I knew it," said his opponent.

"Nice hand," replied Kong.

"I should have gone all in on the flop," replied his opponent.

He was left short and was found on a flip with fours versus his opponents {k-Clubs}{10-Clubs}.

The board ran out {7-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{a-Spades}{8-Spades}, and Talamayan is out.

Guan Bests Kong

Level 8 : 400/800, 800 ante

The board was {a-Hearts}{9-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} and Seongsu Kong had checked to Tianliang Guan who bet 20,000 into a pot of around 35,000.

Kong tanked and eventually the clock was called. As the seconds ticked down, Kong eventually flung in his chips to make the call.

Earlier, Kong had made the correct call to chip up to over 100,000 but this time he was shown the {q-Hearts}{9-Hearts} full house from Guan and Kong mucked.
