Jesse Maguire had limped in before Timothy Guerin put in a raise. Joe Meissner called all in for his last chips and Maguire also made the call.

The board was spread {7-Clubs}{6-Spades}{4-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{Q-Hearts} and the two live players checked until the river, where Guerin's bet was called by Maguire. Guerin showed {Q-Clubs}{9-Spades} for top pair as Meissner flashed {A-Clubs}{8-Hearts} in disgust and Maguire mucked.

Meissner collects AU$2,100 for his performance today.

The turn was the {2-Hearts} and both players checked. The river was the {Q-Spades} and Blatt checked to Obst who fired 4,800. Blatt then check-raised to 9,600 and Obst flat-called.

Blatt tabled {10-Hearts}{10-Diamonds} for a straight but Obst held {A-Clubs}{10-Spades} for the ace-high straight to collect a healthy pot. Obst is now at 57,000 while Blatt needs some help only 19,000 chips.

Craig Bergeron has sent both Dan Shak and Joshua Wilson to the rail in one huge hand which has given him the tournament chip lead.

Shak was short-stacked and Wilson's last chips were all in on the turn with the board reading {7-Spades}{6-Spades}{7-Hearts}{5-Hearts}.

Bergeron showed {J-Diamonds}{J-Hearts} for an overpair and was in control against Wilson's {A-Clubs}{q-Hearts} and Shak's {2-Spades}{2-Clubs}.

The river bricked the {3-Hearts} and two players were sent to the rail. Bergeron is now up to a massive 120,000 chips.

The flop was {9-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} and Obst check-raised the bet from Shak. Shak then put in another raise and Obst called.

The turn was the {J-Hearts} and Obst led for 4,800. Shak raised and Obst called all in for his tournament life.

The river was another {9-Clubs} and Obst doubled to over 40,000 leaving Shak in trouble with only 7,000 chips.

The turn was the {5-Hearts} and Bach led out, only to be raised by Levy. Bach gave it up and Levy flashed {K-Clubs}{J-Spades} for just king-high.

As we write up this hand near the final two tables, Levy came up to our desk and in reference to the hand commented, "Now that was sexy!"
